registered with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under number 944 222 934.

Purpose and scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all services provided by AGENCE PREMIÈRE CLASSE, in particular in the field of audiovisual production (consulting, creative development, filming, post-production, distribution).

Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Orders

Every service is subject to a prior quote.
An order is considered firm and final once the client has approved the quote in writing.

Financial terms

Prices are stated in euros, excluding VAT.
Payment terms are specified in the quote or the related contract.

In the event of late payment, penalties may be applied in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Delivery and approval

Delivery times stated in the quote are estimates.
After delivery, the client has a reasonable period to raise any reservations.
In the absence of feedback, the deliverables are deemed accepted.

Intellectual property

All works produced (images, videos, sound, graphics, content) remain the exclusive property of AGENCE PREMIÈRE CLASSE until full payment of the amounts due.

The terms for assigning usage rights are set out in a specific agreement detailed in the quote or in a separate contract.

Any use not initially provided for requires prior written agreement.

Liability

AGENCE PREMIÈRE CLASSE undertakes to use all necessary means to perform the services properly.

It cannot be held liable for indirect or intangible damage (loss of business, loss of data, commercial loss, etc.).

Personal data (GDPR)

AGENCE PREMIÈRE CLASSE undertakes to comply with the applicable regulations on personal data protection.

Data collected is used exclusively within the business relationship.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the company's registered office.
