Data collected

Depending on how you contact us (booking an appointment via Cal.com, a project simulation sent through our project configurator, email), we collect the data below and, for a simulation, your selection (formats, lengths, options) and any message you add:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name

Purposes of processing

Data is collected solely for:

• booking appointments,
• handling contact requests,
• commercial and professional exchanges.

Only with your consent, browsing data is also used to measure the website's audience (see the cookie policy below). Your data is never sold or transferred, nor used for unsolicited marketing.

Legal basis

Depending on the case, processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (appointment, simulation, quote), on the performance of the contract when you are a client, on our legitimate interest in managing the business relationship, and on your consent for audience measurement cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention period

Prospect data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived for the periods required by law (10 years for accounting records).

Recipients and hosting

Your data is intended solely for the agency's team. It is stored in our internal management tool, hosted on our own servers in France. The website and our exchanges rely on service providers acting only on our instructions: Webflow (website hosting), Cal.com (appointment booking), Make (forwarding of requests, hosted in the European Union), Google (email and, with your consent, audience measurement), Slack (internal team alerts), Apollo (with your consent, identification of the companies visiting the website), Humblytics (cookie-free statistics) and Bunny (video delivery). Some of them are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States: these transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• right of access,
• right to rectification,
• right to erasure,
• right to restriction of processing,
• right to object,
• right to data portability.

Any request can be sent to contact@agence-premiereclasse.fr. We reply within one month. You can also set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

COOKIE POLICY

Only with your consent, this website uses audience measurement and tracking cookies via Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Apollo (identification of the companies visiting the website). Humblytics, our traffic statistics tool, works without cookies.

These tools help us analyse traffic and usage in order to improve the website. None of these cookies is set before you make your choice. The appointment booking window, provided by Cal.com, only opens if you click a booking button; it may then set the cookies it needs to work.

Managing cookies

A consent banner appears on your first visit. It lets you:

• refuse them: the website then works normally, without any measurement cookie,
• or change your choice at any time using the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept for 6 months.

The website offers no online payment. All services are subject to a quote and offline invoicing.
